If you are unable to resolve your situation after reviewing the solutions below, please send our service department an e-message describing the situation in detail. The following solutions will resolve situations with MonitorU.com's Partner products.
Press * / 5 / Master Code / Code #(40 is master / 01-32 are open) / New Code or * to delete
Possible Causes may be: Animals, Metal Balloons, HVAC vent located in close proximity
Please follow these steps to ensure a proper system test: a. Call monitoring station - 1.800.932.0128 and inform the operator that you will be testing the system b. Arm the system c. Open doors, windows or any safeguarded location d. Let siren sound for one minute e. Disarm system f. Call monitoring station to confirm signals
Press * / 6 / Master code / 1 - Then enter time in military format (24 hour) in hours and minutes - (00:00 - 23:59) / Enter Date in months, days and years (MM/DD/YY)
Press * / 1 / Master Code / 2 digit zone # ( 01,02 etc) / # key
Hold Chime button down for 2 seconds or press * / 4
Press * / 2 to view trouble by zone number 1. Service required - Call MonitorU.com 2. Loss of A/C Power - Power outage, breaker tripped or transformer unplugged 3. Telephone line trouble 4. System failure to communicate to Central Station 5. Zone Fault - Possible problem with smoke or heat detector 6. Zone Tamper - Occurs when changing batteries in wireless devices 7. Low Battery on wireless devices 8. Loss of time clock - Reset time following above instructions
System is not ready - Close all doors and windows / Possible need to reset smoke detectors - Press reset button for two (2) seconds
